Dear experts,

One of my novel Bacterial strains genome contains 23 Motility and Chemotaxis genes but phenotypically it is non-flagellated (observed by Transmission electron microscopes (TEM) analysis) and non-motile (from SIM test): What could be the possible causes of this inconsistency?
