I'm looking for a basal like , triple negative breast cancer cell sensitive to Erlotinib, to inject in fat pad and treat, to use like a positive reference, but till now I couldn't find it.
Have you tried this?
1. Download drug sensitivity data for erlotinib from Genomics of Drug sensitivity database: here is the link http://www.cancerrxgene.org/translation/Download/IC50/1 - filter for cancer cell lines the resulting excel table.
2. Here is a table from Cancer Cell. 2006 December; 10(6): 515–527. doi: 10.1016/j.ccr.2006.10.008 http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2730521/table/T1/ with pathological features of 51 cell lines derived from breast cancer including information on ER, PR, HER2 (triple negative). Copy-paste it as excel and filter for the triple negative ones.
3. compare both results.
This will no guarantee that you will find a triple negative one sensitive to erlotinib but it is just an idea. Please, let me know.
