The most fluently DC marker used in mice is the rat antibody against BST2, clone 120G8, for the depletion of pDCs.
Other clones may be used: as 929F3, for blocking the intestinal Langerhans through the targeting of the Langerin, or 120C11 for dermal DCs, positive in DCSIGN, which are the target of very specific bacteria.
I think you can find many other antibodies, which may deplete or inhibit one or other of the various populations of dendritic cells; it all depends on your goal.
