We have some CSF & blood samples that we would like to perform biomarker analysis on. We are particularly interested in biomarkers of synaptic function.
We are unable to use the two labs we usually use in our research group for this - I am wondering if anybody can recommend any labs that they've had success with in the past?

Hi Richard,
Are there any particular markers that you are interested in measuring? Sengenics has a platform for antibody screening using correctly folded proteins on an array (~1800 proteins). They are not all relevant to neuroscience, because it is more of a discovery panel, but you can use CSF, serum, plasma and other sample types. I have attached a list of proteins on the array (from September there will be ~200 more), we are also able to express and add additional proteins of interest.
