When the USB is plugged in and the system is on, there is an incessant noise as if the USB is connecting and then disconnecting repeatedly. I also keep getting an error message saying the DIG-704 driver is not installed (but it is, and i’m using DIG-705 anyway). Strangely enough, when I power the system on, I can hear the outputs turning on, but everything quickly turns off, including the cabinet fan (which I assume should remain on).
I also have another system operating on MED IV and attempted to combine the systems as a workaround until I can resolve the MED V issue, but that is not working. I did update the configuration file, but the card is not registering. If I toggle on outputs from the computer, the smartcard lights do not illuminate. The pre-existing cards are DIG-716B and the new cards are DIG-716, but I don’t think that matters as they only differ based on number of inputs and outputs.
Not sure what to try next, so suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
