I am performing CRISPR (WT Cas9 not nickase) for a gene KO on zebrafish. I recently came across a paper which stated that the off-target effects can be eliminated after a few generations of outcrossing and I would like to look further into this. However I cannot locate the paper for the life of me. Does anyone know some good papers on this topic?
