I’m currently attempting to dissolve ISX-9 for induction experiments but encountered precipitation issues. Here’s my protocol and the problem:

- How can I improve solubility to avoid precipitation? (e.g., alternative solvents, sonication, heating?)
- Storage Conditions: Should the working solution be stored at 4°C or -20°C? Is aliquotting recommended to avoid freeze-thaw degradation?

Hi, Chloe Sun. Generally, cell experiments does not require adding solubilizing agents such as normal saline.
You can directly use DMSO to prepare the stock solution, please aliquot and store the solution to prevent product inactivation from repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
When used, dilute it 1000-fold directly with the culture medium to make the working solution, and replace the medium in the cells with this working solution.
