Hello.
I am planning to utilize Chlamydomonas reinhardtii and GFP for my experiments.
But they move so fast I cannot take pictures of them under microscope.
Also, they seem to have autofluorescence that would further complicate work regarding GFP tranformation.
Is there a way to remove motility of Chlamydomonas?
Apart from autolysin treatment.
And has anyone seen autofluorescence of Chlamydomonas CC 124 strain?
