As per my experience just go step by step. Ie first converge flow then turb and then energy and then activate DPM. If it wont Work then ask me again i have some more tricks.

In my experience, I got trouble when simulate with high pressure due to mesh size. At high pressure, the density is high hence kinematic viscosity is low. As a result, the Reynolds number is high and the problem requires very fine mesh near the wall. If you calculated with low pressure first, then change to higher pressure the mesh should be carefully refined.
The suggestions given by Mr. Vikash Kumar Singh Chauhan are meaningful and refining the mesh will not always give a good solution rather than computationally more expensive.
