I am doing the CFD simulation of 7 feet fan (136 rpm) using Fluent, I modelled the geometry of fan with domain and a cubic room and made Boolean(subtract the wall(target) from rotating domain(tool body) and fan(tool body) from the rotating domain(target)) functions in Ansys and meshed the geometry. MRF approach and It has 2 domains, one is the rotating domain zone and another is the wall (enclosure). the wall boundary conditions is no slip

when I ran simulations in fluent, I couldn’t see the streamlines/contours in the wall domain(checked from all domains as well), I can see only in the rotating domain. I checked the connections (target and source) and mesh interfaces and no issues found. can you help me to figure out the issue. Moreover I also monitor the torque at fan surface and volumetric flow rate at rotating domain where my values get fluctuating from -0.3 to 0.5.

Let me know if you need any result data/residuals to infer.

some of the attempts tried

1. made all walls as pressure outlet conditions - 'still the same result"

2. deleted the automatic connections and created a manual interface - still the same result

3. cross checked the direction co- ordinates

4. results checked from all domains

5. mesh is fine.

6. cross checked the boolean operations.

i don't know where i might gone wrong? please share your experience . i have attached the settings and geometry, and the desirable result i expect and the results i get
