A question of Ansys Fluent Post Processing : My image is not visible in the white background while post processing?

I couldn't save an image with correct post processing. whenever i click white background and quality and aspect ratio. my Ansys fluent is not showing the correct picture lighting , it looks very dull and shady. i didn't change any lighting or illumination. i don't know why it is coming like that?
