Anyone have experience with Borax Agarose gel electrophoresis for RNA ?

I use them for DNA gels regularly. Any precautions for RNA?

Hi Norbert,

I guess you might have found the answer to your question by now, but if not, here is a link to another publication from the same authors, for running Tris and MOPS free RNA gels in Borax based buffers, and faster!
