We are trying to purify and analize by FC cells with a cell surface marker, but the only antibody with reactivity against this in mouse is not conjugated.
Anyone has used antibody labelling kits? For PE or biotin? Is possible to achieve good labelling rates?

Yes we used FITC labeling - it work very well. But you need to do some optimization and it is not very good for you since you have limited quantity of antibodies and purification steps.
Alternatively you could use secondary antibodies labeled with desired fluorochrome. This approach also was working well in my experience.

Antibody labeling kits from Pierce work well for small amounts of antibody and allow one to purify the labeled antibody.
