Any suggestion on why different predicted band size appear for the same gene but different spp...?
i am using primers for simple PCR amplification from previously publish paper. In published paper the author reported the PCR product Size round about 249 bp, but in case of my results the PCR product size is round about 600bp. moreover i used DNA and cDNA template for amplification got the same bands.

Its a normal phenomenon. A gene construct varies from organism to organism so different organisms will show different bands in pcr after using same primer for a specific gene.
The fact that the cDNA and genomic DNA give you the same size product shows that the difference is not due to a difference in intron size (which would have been my first guess). It would actually be unusual for the same gene in two closely related species to have that large of a difference in the coding region. This suggests to me that you have a large insertion/deletion or your primers are not amplifying the correct region.
I would suggest you sequence your PCR product to be sure.
