Specifically someone who works with 930 Compact IC Flex.
My eluent ran dry, changed the suppressor and columns. Everything looks okay except for my blanks. My QC passes and has no type of noise besides tailing.
Has anyone encountered this situation if so I need suggestions.
I'm thinking the conductivity is playing a role into the noise in my blanks but it's weird how it's not showing up in my samples or QC.

I have attached a blank from my run on Dec 3 which got a lot less noise and the other attachment is from Dec 7 with a lot of noise.
Araceli Martinez: Looks like your blank solution no longer matches your mobile phase. You said you ran the system dry and that can really screw up the suppressor. The baseline should not change during monitoring when you inject a "true" blank. A "blank" should be fresh mobile phase so would not interact with anything in the system and result in a small Tzero blip with no change in noise. If the baseline changes, then the system is not equilibrated, not degassed, not stable or the solution has changed.
As I see from pictures 12.07 the baseline gradually goes down which means suppression problem which can be eliminated by increasing of suppression voltage and currency.
With new suppression I see you need to wash out all residues of liquid which came with new suppressor, as they always filled with buffer to avoid drying of suppression membranes during storage. Wash out all and check your blank again.
