Ziconatide is effective,but has a relatively narrow therapeutic window re dosing. There's a lot of work out there about it, and it's worth using by pain specialists who are experienced in its use.

In my experience, Ziconotide is only for cancer pain cancer. It needs good and special practice tu use in intrathecal way with special pumps. It seems to get a good relief of pain with these cancer patients.
