Any advice on Lysis buffer for MDSC (previous to arginase assay)?

I am trying to do an arginase assay on MDSCs. The protocol I have asks for pepstatin A and leupeptin for the lysis buffer. However, I do not have these protease inhibitors individually but I have a protease inhibitor cocktail tablet from Roche. It is supposed to inhibit broad spectrum of serine, cystein and metalloporteases (as well as calpains).

Does anyone know if this cocktail inhibitor will be sufficient?
