Alternative of Ingenuity Pathway Analysis - QIAGEN to filter Biomarkers?

Hello,

I want to use Ingenuity Pathway Analysis - QIAGEN to filter the biomarkers and identify the potential one, but this software is not freely available. Does someone suggest another free software to perform same task?
