Hi Hicham,

I think that the TLC-DPPH is the most famous bioautography used in several studies. However, the TLC-ABTS bioautography method can quickly detect and separate the active components in a complicated plant extract, and has additional advantages such as convenience, being simple to run, and requiring no specialized equipment.
