46 kDa band using a p65 (NFkB) antibody on rat tissue? JESS / Western Blot?

Hi guys,

I am running WB on JESS (ProteinSimple) targeting p65 (NFkB) and we are, for some reason, detecting only a 46kDa band in the liver tissue. This is the cytosolic portion of the samples.

In the brain, we detected 64 kDa and also something on 53 kDa.

We detected 46 kDa, 52 kDa, and 64 kDa in the heart.

Have you ever seen those bands when detecting p65?
