But I do not expect the support of the authority. Sometimes, I think they are unable to do that as they wont do it. Yes, ex-students come to meet me with joy and I get pleasure the crowning of success them

My experience was good, and at first I assigned to work with a more experienced teacher. Fortunate in Science and IT I did not have to teach anyone who didn't want to learn. I acted more as a leader than an authoritarian and the results were mostly good. Occasionally a student preferred a different teacher, and the transition was handled well.
The organization plays a key role in setting the expectations. Teachers in my experience formed a strong support group, which unfortunately is not done now.
Certainly students who don't want to learn should be moved to a vocational program more to their liking. The teacher authority is found in keeping order and giving the grade, Otherwise the skill is in leading the student to excel.
Mostly private education has gone to the business men in Bangladesh. What about your country I don't know. may be same. I have a detailed list, even from USA, there are some universities are running some predatory activities ! How they will meet the quality of the education's standard and maintain the compliance, human right and other issues? How and what the benefit a faculty member will get from a business man with rendering sweating effort? ALMOST NOTHING !
Assalamualikum Sir ! In fact we have to judge every thing from the practical aspect ! I am working in a private university of Bangladesh and my experiences are not pleasing ! Once again I like to remind you that education is in the pocket of rich-men ! Yes, there are exceptional in some cases and these are very few !
Same to me. Old people sometimes have power of money and the young have the boldness and strength and sometimes they are not corrupted . Of course they are needed .
In my classroom my students and I are authorities :) Other authorities - those ''outside'' - aren't really present in our teaching/learning process. Of course, we have some ''outside'' rules that we need to respect, but it doesn't disturbing us a lot. I know that it could be quite different at private HEIs. I'm working at the public university and our students don't pay tuition fee at all.
I am happy to be teacher and share with my students. I think the secret that I love my work and what I do, even the problems around. In my country also, more private education has developped and continue to develop which in my opinion have negative impact on public education and chance equality between students.
Good discussions! Myself as a teacher were not happy but when I have understood the philosophy of the science, nature and creator that makes me happy. Teachers without spirituality like a empty brain. Nothing can be satisfied a parson from any authority except knowledge.
Acknowlegement and support for my extra oridonary work from authorities,l am very very happy as a teacher as i am giving my 100% to my students. I want to see all my student will excel in there respective fields
The teacher is the one who represents the authority because he is the leader in the class. He becomes unhappy in the case that the authority is not interested in him or is not attentive to his work and effort. As a university professor, I am happy because I have completed my work. Because I am dealing with my students and I share them. This makes me happy even without interest. My power, my success and my happiness when I see my students after graduation at the teaching site and successful in their work

Thank you very much for your kind contributions here. I am sure about your teaching. I think a successful teacher have this types of powerful words from the honesty point of view. The excellence of teaching enlightens the students life long and that is our achievement. Life long I wanted add feathers to the hats of my students.
There is a need of understanding between students and teachers, when there is lack of understanding between students and teachers occur, it result in down fall of moral and expectations
Ok, for me, the satisfaction is when I see my ex-students who have realized themselves as teachers in the kindergarten or in the school. And when the directors of these schools tell me that they are very professionally trained.
I am very happy when I see my students successful in their work and when they pass me later, after graduation and the question, here I feel the value of my work and its success regardless of the existence of power or not
1. Use your authority as a teacher constructively, not abuse it. Students think that the teacher knows more than the student. Thus, be well-prepared and be in a position to address student questions and help them along in their critical thinking and learning processes.
2. Administration taking away some of the academic freedom and independence is one aspect that a teacher may not be happy with. If it is the case of teaching in middle or high school in the USA, teachers are spending money from their own pockets to buy supplies for the classroom, a sad state of affairs. School administration and the public education department of the state should provide funding for those needed expenses.
3. Administrators including those from the government should spend some time in the class room to understand how difficult a job it is to teach in the school system (students 18 or younger).
In my opinion, the question concerns particularly important issues for people. It's good that there was a discussion in this topic. I believe that research on this topic should be continued. There was an interesting discussion.
Improving education processes and implementing modern information technologies Industry 4.0 is indispensable in the context of the development of modern education 4.0.
In addition, in the context of well-implemented education processes, charisma, high moral standards and other positive personal qualities of the teacher are important. Therefore, it is important to transfer knowledge to pupils and students in an objective and interesting way in order to interest students and students with specific key issues in specific subjects and issues.
Modern educational processes should activate students and students to a creative approach in the field of problem solving, should activate to work in a group, to improve the ability to effectively search for necessary information from various knowledge resources, to improve the ability to participate actively in discussions, debates, brainstorming, etc. to activate entrepreneurship and create innovative solutions within individual and / or team projects carried out during didactic processes.
Of course, the role of the teacher in the educational process is very important. Without a good teacher, characterized by charisma, high moral standards and other positive personal qualities, even the most modern teaching instruments will not provide good education. The teacher's role is crucial.
The teacher should be for his pupils, for their pupils and students a good guide, mentor, objective adviser. The teacher should be respected by his students and should be appreciated for his professionalism in the good implementation of didactic processes.
I am very happy when seeing my ex-students work in different engineering locations such as Oil extraction fields and Power plants, This means that I have completed my scientific thesis.

The dangerous situation in the education sector is that the illiterate people are investing here and making it a profitable business like manufacturing sector. Do you know what is the raw materials ??
