We are looking at the immune response of different vaccine (candidates) in TB, with sex as an additional variable. We are just thinking to look for possible differences in Antigen processing by DCs (BMDCs) following the uptake of different vaccine candidates and in different conditions. Therefore, I am interested to know how best we could reasonably look at Antigen processing (or intracellular routing of antigens)? We are interested in live cell imaging and/or molecular methods such as western blots, IP. We do not work in the area, therefore have little know-how there. I would be very grateful for any advice or references. Thank you.

Best,

Gish
