I have been unable to locate USDA forms because the websites are down right now. Do the federal research and funding forms exist in another location where they would be accessible right now?
Thank you Jeanie...but I was specifically looking for form SF-425, which I was having difficulty locating. I couldn't find it on your link, but I think that I can use the one found at http://www.whitehouse.gov/sites/default/files/omb/assets/grants_forms/SF-425.pdf
I also found the same form on:
http://www.sba.gov/sites/default/files/sf-425_fed_financial_report.pdf
For some reason the past few days it's been difficult to find consistent forms with that number on them.
Blake, you can use http://www.usa.gov/Topics/Reference-Shelf/forms.shtml. If the particular form is not on the front page, you can type it in usa.gov's search and pull up almost any SF form including locations where you can find available forms. Hope this helps.
