Will Thermofishers LIVE/DEAD stains withstand endocytosis for flow cytometric evaluation?

I want to asses percentage of dead cells taken up by macrophages. If I stain dead cells with one of Thermofishers LIVE/DEAD stains, will this be transferred to macrophages that take them up by endocytosis? I will be running flow cytometry to assess this the amount of CD14 + macrophages that also are positive for the LIVE/DEAD stain after coincubation for 3hours. Has anyone got any experience with the LIVE/DEAD stains for evaluation of endocytosis? Thanks.
