I performed a chemical reaction, and I went to make TLC for my product. At first, I used ethyl acetate: hexane with different ratios, but no product was identified. However, when I made TLC using diethylether: benzene (1:1), I noticed a product for the reaction. Is it possible that different types of solvent for mobile phase affect the ability to separate 2 different compounds?

You need to separate the mixture by different polarity. According to your solvent using, diethyl ether with benzene are similar in the relative polarity. However, the different polarity of EA and hexane is commonly used in TLC to modify the mobile phase polarity.
As a result, your TLC of EA and hexane may be too high polarity or insolubility for the product.
