Recently our paper is accepted for poster presentation in the 8th International Conference on Algal Biomass, Biofuels and Bioproducts, Seattle, USA.
Will they publish our full paper in Elsevier journal if we present our paper in posters presentation section.
As far as I think, it is not possible to publish a research item in two sides.

In some journals you can publish research that you have shown in conferences or posters or even thesis, but you must to check the specific journal´s policies.
As far as I know from the previous editions, this conference is organized by Elsevier and all the papers that will be presented there, either as oral presentation or poster, will be published in their supporting journal Algal Research. The condition is that at least one of the authors will register the paper, pay the fee and participate at the event.
