Writing a review paper required a lot of effort. Any tactics is there to complete it in short span of time. Especially for Elsevier or reputed journals with high Impact factor.
As you state Manigandan - they require a lot of effort - so why 10-days? The journals are not imposing that timeframe. The shorter the timespan, the less likely that it will be a 'finished' product that would stand a high chance of success - especially within high impact journals - and especially as literature reviews are often not considered high priority for many journals - whether they be integrative reviews, systematic reviews etc.
I agree with Dean. You need more than a review; you need to do a meta-analysis, taking into account bias caused by different methodologies, study selection and design. The time it takes is irrelevant, so long as you do a good job
