Following two gas collecting methods: Low Pressure
1. Using a floating cover that floats on the biogas compressed between the liquid waste and the cover.
2. Using a pressure regulator that releases the biogas from the bio digester once a specified pressure has been attained.
Biogas storage volumes vary from 20 m3 to 10.000 m3. The MSE biogas balloon has a ¾ or hemisphere shape. If the biogas does not contain corrosive gases like hydrogen sulphide, it can be stored in cylinders. A biogas storage tank is typically a spherical or cylindrical-shaped unit constructed from welded steel. The Carbon dioxide and Hydrogen Sulphide are relatively high and it cannot be used for certain applications. Storing in cylinders will make the biogas susceptible to contamination as the storage cylinder can corrode as a result of the sulphur content of the biogas.
The Bio gas can be storage at medium pressure and for high-pressure biogas storage systemsthat's because of the presence of carbon dioxide and sulfur present in raw biogas which makes it unsuitable to be used as fuel. For this reason, biogas must be purified and upgraded. Biocng has no H2S, CO2, or moisture as they are removed during processing.
Prem Baboo YOU HAVE CLEARLY cited the low medium and high pressure gas storage systems and the materials used thankyou and yes it is very important to note down the specifications of the each item(ss or ms or fabric) and only then it has to be selected.
