Dear all,
When I detect the protein expression of caspase3 in PC12 cells, there is always a band around 25Kd. According to literature, the pro-caspase3 should be 35Kd and the cleaved caspase 3 should be 17, 19 Kd. However, in my experiment, there is a band of 35Kd, but also a much more sharp band of 25Kd when I detect the protein expression of caspase 3 in both PC12 cells and differentiated PC12 cells. is anyone know the reason? or have the same problem with me?
