Dear all!
I have the problem with the displaying of the membrane voltage while putting in the current steps in current clamp mode.I have never been working with current clamp, but I suppose to see any action potentials, while putting in the current steps from -100 pA to 200 pA even on the model cell.
Please find below the pictures of my results from model cell (also I didn't see any AP on life cells under this protocol). One of the picture represents answer on current steps from -100 to 200 pA. And the second - separated steps to 100 and 300 pA. As for me, I think that signal is seriously cutted at the rate of 1700 units. I tried to fix it somehow throw the software, but nothing works.
Configuration of the set up: Axopatch 200B + Digidata 1322A + pClamp 8.2

As I just started to work with this set up and with current clamp at all, I can be deeply mistaken in something. So I really need help :-|
