Can we inject sumanirole maleate intracranially in rat?

Elina KC For intracranial (IC) administration, the DA antagonist cis-flupenthixol (0, 7.5, or 15μg/injection) or the D2 agonist sumanirole (0, 5, or 10μg/inj) were each dissolved in 0.9% physiological saline and administered bilaterally in volumes of 0.25 μl delivered over 75 s.
