Why some of the journals have fake ISSN, which we can check directly from issn.org
Who should prevent them scamming the researchers Or where should we report about these journals?
Is there any way to know the true quality of journals and to avoid fake ones?
Because they are fake and not original, they have a fake ISSN.
Fake people are always in search of money through illegal resources. We must expose them in front of all platforms e.g. researchgate etc

So far the strategy I have seen being used is disclosing such journals through social media and via e-mail networks to colleagues in the field. I am not sure if issn.org may have any legal authority to challenge these people, after all they are claiming to have an ISSN unlawfully. I believe there should be an ethical body (committee, association, board etc. ) that deals with such activities legally and receive reports from researchers all around the world.
Sometimes on the journal homepage they say that they are indexed with Pubmed, Thompson Reuter etc.
I go to Pubmed or Thompson Reuter and check for articles from this journal.
And then find out that they have lied.
