The journal name does not appear while uploading an article on RG. As of journal editor point of view, how to register/enlist the journal on RG. So when the researcher uploads their articles on RG they should be able to select the journal from the journal drop-down list.
I found this in Help Center:
If your journal isn't visible in the drop-down menu, it's not in our database. We're not currently adding journals to our database by request, but this may change in the future.
I think RG has her set criteria for the kind of journals they need in their database. It's only logical they won't list any kind of journal that does not meet those criteria. The onus is theirs to review that list whenever they feel like it.
I think RG site of interest scientists and their publication i put articles from my department work.

RG score is available only for Scopus indexed journals. Maybe your published journal is not at this standard.
