As on SJR we can check the Scopus Journal ranking, however on Clarivate the only information appears either Emerging Source Citation index (ESCI) or Science Citation Index?
As, i understand that the Emerging Source Citation index (ESCI) journals hava no impact factor but Science Citation Index journals have an impact factor.
yes. Journal in ESCI will never be impact factor. However once those journal gain impact they will move to SCI.

Yes, the journals index in this ESCI will not be issued an impact factor. However, each journal in this new index will be evaluated every year and those qualified will be transferred to SCIE. That's what I heard from Thomson Reuters in the meeting in Bangkok recently.
