DNA extraction method
Why Phenol-Chloroform method is better for DNA extrsaction than Salting out method?
Because it gives a high purity than the salting out
Double phase extractions work better than salting precipitation techniques. Material loss is lower, yield is higher.
Or simply please use a DNA extraction kit instead of manual extraction methods :)
You can get pure DNA by using Phenol-Chloroform is the method.
The yield may be less than that of salting out method.
Non-Kits method is better and reliable. Further modification may be helpful in increasing the yield of DNA.
