Every time I store my resolving buffer at 4 degree, the next day a crystallized like substances will appear at the bottom of the bottle. Why is it happening? is it because of pH? I already adjusted the pH according to the procedure (9.3),
You may have to verify the suitability of the experimental protocol followed to dissolve the substance you are considering (not indicated), the recommended storing temperature or other specific storing conditions that may apply (e.g. protection from light), and the predictable stability of the solution prepared when stored as recommended. it might be SDS ? Urea also doesn't like to be at 4 degrees but it shouldn't crystalize
