Hello! I am interested in looking at a gene (ENSG00000111863) in human protein atlas. Unfortunately, although it has high specificity in HUVEC and TIME (endothelial cell lines), it seemed to have very low expression in almost all the single cell and tissue cell for endothelial cell results.

I understand that reasonably, there will be differences between results from scRNA and cell lines. However, I was wondering if this wide disparity could mean that it might not be highly expressed in endothelial cells from human tissues?
