Normally reaction force should be opposite to the direction of RP motion.

Yes sir, the RP moves in a negative Z direction while going downwards.So the RF3 should be upwards, but in my plot the RF3 is coming downwards.

Did you use local coordinate system for RF output?

Dear Shahzeb, I apologize for my mistake. Reaction force at RP must equilibrate contact loads applied to the tool which are directed upwards. So reaction force has downward direction.

But i think tool is the one which applies the load not the sheet.

Yes, but in equilibrium the sheet acts on the tool via contact loads.
