I am doing a simulation on Incremental sheet forming using Al6061 as material and considering anisotropy. I am using a single step with amplitudes created on matlab. How to select the step time so that I can get closest to accurate results?
In order to achieve good simulation results, it is necessary to have real experiments available. These experimental results will be used for comparison with the simulation. Of course, in order for the results to be close, it will be necessary to enter the controlled values as input parameters during the real experiment. In addition, it is good to know and introduce other parameters such as hardness, tensile strength diagram, chemical composition, test or deformation temperature, strain rate in the deformation process and other parameters.
