Hi all! My fission yeast strains (wild type and mutants) are growing well in YES. But in minimal media (EMM2, with ammonium chloride), they are aggregating upon reaching the stationary phase. I already checked the mutant types, soap remnant in flasks, rotation speed as possible reasons. Any idea what could be the possible reason?
