Why is FImpute telling me it cannot handle more than 60k SNPs?

I'm trying to impute SNPs from bovines genotyped with the 33k panel, using related animals genotyped with the 150k SNPs panel.

Neither on the online manual nor in the paper published by the authors I've read about any limitation in SNP numbers...

What am I missing?

This is the error message:

"Error - This version cannot handel more than 60000 SNP!

Aborted."
