Stem culture isolated and placed in media containing 1/0 MT with MS salts for about 7-10 days until node breaks and then placed into 0/0 MS media to root and store.
-Temp ranges fluctuate between 75-85ºF
-Vessel is a Magenta Ga-7 with around 62.5mL of 0/1 iso media and 83.3mL in its 0/0 ms media.
- Flowering occurs randomly in certain strains but not all and may not occur for multiple months through multiple subcultures in vitro under 0/0 ms media then begin to shoot pistils and form flowers.
- These strains flowering photoperiod are usually between 12-14 hour light periods followed by their respective 12-10 hour dark periods.
