Why Incucyte changes focus on my cells during during the Scratch Wound scan type?

We use the Scratch wound assay with 2h interval. The first scan is usually on focus and demonstrates a normal wound. However, the next scans showed something else that has nothing to do with the scratch wound and even cells in all the wells. Does anyone know what could be the reason?
