I grow LC-540 cells and my cells are clear when fully grown image 1, but when I trypsinize the same plate I see black particles image 2. When I subculture them on a new plate I don't see those particles image 3 and later the same cycle continues.
Also, I do have another issue the dead cells in the same plate jus adheres to cells and mostly it seems like hair waving on skin image 4.
In image 5 i do see particles like stuff its adhered to the plate but once i wash with PBS it fades off but bumps again in new plates
Can anyone help me to get rid of these issues?
