Why I can't express my protein in E. coli ?

Hi everyone!! Help me

My protein has size about 65kD. The plasmid is pET22b. After I induced by the IPTG concentration of 1mM, 37 degree C, then my strain failed to grow. And I broke the cell for SDS-PAGE then I found that my protein was not expressed in E. coli. So how to expessed my protein ???
