Why does the activity of lipase enzyme decrease so much after dialysis?

I'm trying to purify pancreatic lipase from an animal source, but the activity drops too much after dialysis. I tried to concentrate it in the lyophilizer, thinking it was diluted after dialysis. However, its activity was still low. Do you have any suggestions?

The activity of lipase is INCREASED, not DECREASED after dialysis

In fact, lipase levels increase in various stages of Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) and increase further after dialysis
