Fixatives and metabolic stabilizers were tried. With these additives, the cell numbers became stable. However, these chemicals could not prevent left shifting in flow data after 3 weeks. Should I increase ionic strength of the matrix or did I miss out something to add? Also I am wondering that even we count the same number of cells for 3 weeks, fixation step is not enough for positioning in cytogram?
