In preformulation process , assessing deamidation should be done in short term. In deamdation reactions ( we have fiffernt reactions), Asn usually is the main residue to be converted. Does Asn have a critical role in the stability of proteins' structure. I know about its role in turns and pseudo turns. Are these roles critical or with changing Asn the rate of immunogenicity increase. I could not find any source about how deamidation changes the stability. Thank you in advance for any commnet.
