Why do the performance parameters remain constant with increasing the back surface recombination velocity in structure having an HTL?

In my simulation work, I have found that while increasing the back surface recombination velocity all the output parameters are remained constant in structure including an HTL. I want to understand the reason why this happens and what real device shows
