This MN has been rejected by Cells journal. I do not understand why you transferred this MN to your web site Research Gate, without our approval. To my knowledge it is illegal. You should not transfer our data without permission of the authors of a manuscript that has been rejected.
This manuscirpt has not been published yet.
Please proceed with the action from your side in a way to cancel this unpublished MN from your web site.
We are going to submit this MN to another Journal.

I don't think this is the right place to file the complaints. I found following at their "Copyright" segment:
